Return/Refund Policy

1. Return Eligibility

Items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days from the purchase date.
Please note: Flash Sale items, free gifts, swimsuits, lingerie, and clearance items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

2. Proof of Purchase

Please retain your delivery receipt or payment voucher and provide it to our customer service team to process your refund.

3. How to Return

You may ship the package via your nearest post office or arrange a pick-up through your local postal service.

4. Contact Before Returning

Contact our customer support at support@jea.com before sending back any items. We will provide you with the correct return address.
Do not use the sender’s address on the original packaging.


Return Conditions

  1. Non-Defective Items:
    Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and returned with original tags and packaging intact.
    All return requests must be pre-authorized by our customer service team.

  2. Defective or Sizing Issues:
    Please contact our customer support with clear photos showing the issue. Once verified, we will promptly provide the return address.


Eligible Return Reasons

Customers may request a return or refund in the following cases:

  • Received incorrect or damaged item(s)

  • Product does not match the description on our website

  • Received faulty or defective item(s)

  • Missing item(s) from the order

  • Poor quality material or craftsmanship


Return Process

To minimize delays, please follow the steps below:

  1. Email our customer support at support@jea.com with:

    • Your order number

    • The SKU number or product name

    • The reason for return

  2. Our team will respond within 24 hours.

  3. Once authorized, return the item to the address we provide. Please send us proof of return, including a tracking number and a valid return receipt.


Refund Information

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you within 24 hours.

  • Your refund will be processed within 3 business days of confirmation.

  • Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment.


Return Address

Do not send your return to the sender address shown on the package.
This is not our return center and will cause delays.
Only use the address provided by our customer service team at support@jea.com.


Return Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

  • We do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) or pay for return shipping fees.
